1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, company, country), payment details (PayPal email, tax form), records of commission payments that vendors mark as paid (amount, date and the PayPal transaction ID they enter), and tracking data for affiliate links: a hashed IP address, browser, referring page and the affiliate reference.
2. Why we collect it
To run accounts, attribute sales to the right affiliate, show vendors what they owe and to whom, keep a record of commission payments, prevent fraud and meet tax and legal obligations.
3. Cookies
The PartnerLens tracking script stores an affiliate reference and a random visitor id in first-party cookies on the vendor’s website, for the vendor’s cookie window (30 to 90 days).
4. Sharing
Vendors see the conversions their affiliates bring. Vendors also see the PayPal email of each affiliate in their programs so they can pay commissions directly; affiliates see the payments vendors record for them. We share plan billing data with PayPal to process plan payments, and email data with our email provider. We do not process commission payments and do not sell personal data.
5. AI assistant
Messages sent to the chat assistant are processed by our AI provider to answer you and are stored so our team can review quality.
6. Retention
Unverified accounts are deleted after 7 days. Financial records are kept as long as tax law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion through the contact page.
