1. Who we are
PartnerLens is a partner marketplace operated by MindTrek. These terms apply to everyone who uses the website, the vendor panel or the affiliate panel.
2. Accounts
You must verify your email and be approved by our team before you can log in. Vendor accounts must use a company email address. You are responsible for activity on your account and must keep your password and 2FA codes private.
3. Vendor plans and fees
Vendor plans are priced by the number of active partners: Free for 1, $9.99 a month for up to 5, $20.99 for up to 10 and $29.99 for 11 or more. The plan is the only fee PartnerLens charges; we take no fee or share of commissions. Plan prices are in US dollars and paid through PayPal.
4. Commissions
Vendors set the commission for each app. Commissions are held for 30 days to cover refunds and are reversed if the sale is refunded or found to be fraudulent.
5. Payments
Vendors pay approved commissions directly to their affiliates’ PayPal accounts and record each payment in PartnerLens. PartnerLens does not receive, hold or transfer commission money and is not a party to those payments. Vendors are responsible for paying approved commissions on time, and for any PayPal fees on the payments they send. If a vendor’s plan payment fails, its apps may be paused.
6. Prohibited use
You may not create fake clicks, sign-ups or sales, refer yourself, stuff cookies, bid on brand names where a vendor forbids it, or send spam. We may suspend accounts and withhold commissions connected to this behaviour.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Approved commissions that are not connected to a breach remain payable.
8. Liability
PartnerLens is provided as is. Because commissions are paid directly between vendors and affiliates, we are not liable for unpaid, late or disputed commissions. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the plan fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We will email you before material changes to these terms take effect.
